Dr. Ryan was so great. Never felt rushed, she listened as I went into detail and never dismissed any concerns I had.
The staff is great too, everyone was friendly and kind.
Facility was nice and clean, the waiting room is bright and welcoming.
Terrible experience. Went to get simple blood work done here and they messed up the first time and had me come back in. Two weeks later I get a call from Dr Kumar saying it was messed up again and they needed to send me to another location to get it done correctly. Since then I have a received a bill from both sunflower and the other company they sent me to. After speaking to Dr Kumars nurse she was looking into it and now after multiple calls and voicemails no one will get back to be all because of their mistake and now I am double billed. I will never recommend this location to anyone. I understand mistakes happen but there has been zero resolution to something that was completely their fault.
I called this urgent care location to verify that they can do a strep test for my daughter and have the results today. She said no problem, we can do that. Took my daughter there at 1:00, nurse did the strep test at 1:15, then the doctor came in and said “The test takes 30 minutes to complete. I will call you with the results today, you don’t need to wait here”. Urgent Care closed at 2:00. It is now 3:30, and the doctor has NOT called me! Obviously she isn’t going to. Since this is Sunday and tomorrow is Labor Day, we have to wait until Tuesday to get the results. I won’t go to this urgent care again!
I've been impressed by the time allotted to me, the listening ears, consistent inquiries of " Do you have questions?", the positive attitude of staff, and timely responses to my messages. The Dr. appointments can run late, but the quality of service is worth it to me.
The Nurse Practitioner was inept. Didn't know the difference between Aleve and ibuprofen. Went in on a Friday in horrible pain and needed something to help until I could get into a dentist on Monday. She would only give me an NSAID injection which lasted for 5 hours not 60. I could've died from the amount of Tylenol I had to take when her shot wore off as acetaminophen has one of the lowest lethal doses of any medication out there. Had to endure the worst pain ever for 2 more days. I recommend the ER if you actually have an urgent issue as this healthcare provider clearly only received any medical degree from regurgitating info she had read as opposed to any actual intelligence or individual thought. Just worthless.
I’ve had a good enough experience, but there seems to be a lack of communication amongst the staff. Most every visit would end with the doctor leaving and then nurse asking me what else we need to do for the visit. I’ve missed blood tests simply because neither I nor any other staff were made aware, and tend to leave not knowing whether or not I should be picking up a prescription or not
Dr Kumar is amazing!!! He's very detailed and really makes sures all my questions are answered. Great communication via the patient portal and they really have a lot of services to offer under one roof
I love the doctors here! I see Dr. Andrea Murray, and she is wonderful! She always answers my questions and makes sure I am taken care of. She also tells me a date I should be feeling better by, if not give her a call
